After completing your checkout, we will email you your shipping label. Please allow up to 48 hours to process.

Simply pack up your freshly washed clothing or natural fiber home goods and ship them to us using the provided labels.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be dyed. Once the dyeing process is complete, we will ship your items back to you promptly.

By submitting clothing, fabric, or other items for dyeing, customers acknowledge and accept that The Costume Shop LLC is not responsible for any damage, shrinkage, color variation, or unintended outcomes. Due to the unpredictable nature of dyeing, results can vary based on fabric type, previous treatments, and other factors beyond our control. Customers assume all risks associated with the dyeing process and agree to hold The Costume Shop LLC harmless from any claims related to damage or otherwise.

Our dyes are great on natural fibers! We cannot dye or process polyester. 100% polyester/acetate items will be returned. Check your fabric tags before shipping! 

Is your garment a blend of polyester and natural fibers? We can dye that! While the color may not saturate as deeply, you'll still get a subtle new color.
